UV Printed PVC Patches — full-color detail molded PVC can't reach
Traditional soft PVC patches build color by filling each section with a separate molded color, which works beautifully for logos but hits a ceiling on gradients, fine photographic detail, and high color counts. UV printed PVC patches solve that. The design is printed directly onto the PVC surface with UV-cured ink, so you get sharp, full-color artwork — gradients, fine shading, small text, and unlimited PMS-style color — without the per-color tooling limits of conventional molding.
How it's different
Instead of pouring color into molded recesses, UV printing lays a true full-color image onto the patch and cures it instantly under UV light. The result is a flat, smooth, high-resolution finish that reproduces complex artwork far more faithfully than color-filled PVC, while keeping the same flexible, waterproof soft-PVC base. UV-cured ink also resists fading, scratching, and washing.
